My Transformation Journey: From 71 kg to 50 kg

It all began 10 months after delivering my baby via C-section. While I was adjusting to motherhood and navigating the many changes that come with it, I received news that shook me—I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic. That moment became a turning point in my life.
