It all began 10 months after delivering my baby via C-section. While I was adjusting to motherhood and navigating the many changes that come with it, I received news that shook me—I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic. That moment became a turning point in my life. At 71 kg, I was uncomfortable in my own body. Clothes didn't fit right, energy was low, and more importantly, I didn't feel like me. That diagnosis pushed me to look deeper into my lifestyle.
